The interactive demos on this site (chatbot, document processing, report generator) use simulated data and are for demonstration purposes only. They show the type of solutions we build. They are not production tools. Do not enter real sensitive business data into the demos.

Calculator Estimates Are Estimates

The ROI Calculator provides rough estimates based on industry averages and the information you provide. These figures are meant to start a conversation, not serve as financial advice or a guarantee of results. Actual savings depend on your specific business, implementation, and many other factors we'd discuss together.

You should not make business decisions based solely on calculator output. We're happy to do a proper analysis during a consultation.

While we stand behind our work and operate on an ROI-first basis, we cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes from AI implementations. Every business is different. We will always be upfront about what we think is realistic for your situation.

If you engage RealizedAI for consulting services, those services will be governed by a separate agreement specific to your project. These website terms do not constitute a consulting agreement.

Payment Terms

If you engage RealizedAI for consulting services, payment terms are governed by your signed engagement agreement. Here's a summary of our standard structure:

  • Projects $5,000 and above require a non-refundable project initiation deposit (25–30%). This covers discovery, scoping, and setup work.
  • Payment schedules are tied to project milestones, not calendar dates. You pay as work is completed and accepted.
  • Installment plans are available for larger projects. Your engagement agreement will detail the exact schedule.
  • Work pauses if payment is more than 15 days past due. Final deliverables are released upon full payment.
  • Third-party costs (API subscriptions, software licenses) procured on your behalf are pass-through and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

We believe in being fair. Here's how refunds work:

  • Cancel before work starts: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancel mid-project: You pay for completed work. Unstarted phases are refunded.
  • Something doesn't work as promised: We fix it first (30-day warranty). If we can't fix it, we refund that specific deliverable.
  • Advisory and consulting hours: Non-refundable once rendered. Our time and expertise have been provided.
  • Not happy with business results: We scope carefully and set honest expectations upfront. Subjective dissatisfaction with outcomes is not grounds for a refund, provided we delivered what was agreed.

Full refund and cancellation terms are detailed in your engagement agreement. We're always open to discussing concerns directly — that's how we prefer to resolve things.

30-Day Warranty

Every implementation comes with a 30-day warranty after deployment. If something we built has a bug or defect, we fix it at no additional cost. This covers defects in our workmanship — not enhancements, new features, or issues caused by changes you or a third party make after delivery. After the warranty period, fixes and updates are available at our standard consulting rate.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
