RealizedAI started with a simple observation: most AI consultants talk about technology — models, frameworks, platforms. Our founders come from the other side: corporate finance, P&L accountability, and bottom-line thinking. We saw AI through a different lens: not "what can this technology do?" but "what is this technology worth to a real business?"

Brett Myers
Built his career in corporate finance at Fortune 500 companies across logistics, retail, defense contracting, banking, and manufacturing. Across financial strategy and operations analysis, he's worked alongside operations leads, supply chain directors, sales teams, and executives, learning where every organization's real inefficiencies hide. That cross-industry lens is what drives RealizedAI: find the bottleneck, prove the math, build the solution.
Alex Mancini
Industrial engineer by training with a background in process improvement across government, public, and private sectors, including maritime operations and university healthcare systems. That background means he understands how large organizations actually work: the legacy systems, the compliance requirements, the real-world constraints that break most implementations. He translates business requirements into working AI solutions and handles the technical build so clients get production-ready tools, not prototypes.
